This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Zimego.com and other Zimego Network properties (including zimegosaas.com) from Zimego SaaS Solutions LLC (“Zimego,” “we,” “us”). It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
We want you to know exactly what to expect before you buy. Below is our policy, by product type.
How to request a refund
Use our Contact Us form and include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order/receipt number (found in your confirmation email).
- The product purchased and the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and, where a refund is approved, process it within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times to your bank/card statement may take a few additional business days and are outside our control.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank. We resolve the large majority of billing issues directly and quickly — a chargeback takes longer to resolve and may temporarily restrict your account access while it’s investigated.
Refunds by product type
1. The Client Machine Starter Kit and other low-cost digital “tripwire” products
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on these products.
These are instantly-delivered digital files (prompts, templates, and guides) that provide their full value the moment they’re opened, so we don’t offer a refund window on this tier. This is stated clearly on the product’s sales page and at checkout before you buy.
2. Paid courses (e.g., our $297-tier core courses)
- 30-day money-back guarantee, conditioned on genuine attempt: complete (or meaningfully attempt) the first two modules of the course. If, having done so, you don’t feel it’s worth the price, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 30 days, or after substantial completion of the course (75%+ of modules), purchases are final, reflecting that the value (the knowledge and materials) has been delivered and consumed.
3. Founding-cohort / early-access pricing programs
- Founding-cohort seats carry the same 30-day guarantee as our core courses (see above), even though the program is being built live: if it’s not worth it after a genuine attempt at the first modules, you’re covered.
- Founding pricing and any associated bonuses are non-transferable if refunded.
4. Subscriptions & recurring memberships (e.g., SaaS platform access, monthly membership programs)
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current paid period, and you retain access through the end of that period. See Section 5 of our Terms & Conditions for how auto-renewal and cancellation work.
- First-cycle guarantee: if you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription charge and haven’t made substantial use of the paid features (as reasonably determined by us), we’ll refund that first charge. Renewal charges after the first cycle are non-refundable except as required by law.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period you choose not to cancel in advance of renewal.
5. Mentorship programs — Group cohort & Solo Accelerator (application-based)
All Mentorship fees are non-refundable. There is no refund window.
Here’s exactly how enrollment works, so this policy is never a surprise:
- You submit an application.
- If you qualify, you complete a clarification call with us.
- Only after both steps are complete do we send an invoice. We never request or accept payment before this point.
- Before that invoice is sent, we provide you a written summary of the program and this no-refund policy, and payment constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
Because a Mentorship seat is reserved specifically for you (displacing other qualified applicants) and delivery — coaching, curriculum access, and our time — begins immediately on enrollment, we do not offer refunds once payment is made, for any reason, including a change of mind, a scheduling conflict on your end, or dissatisfaction with progress.
If we are unable to deliver a scheduled cohort or session as agreed, you will receive a full refund or the option to roll into the next available cohort, at your choice.
6. Custom / done-for-you builds & consulting engagements
- These engagements are scoped individually and typically billed against milestones or a deposit + completion structure defined in your specific proposal/scope of work.
- Deposits and fees for work already performed or in progress are non-refundable, reflecting time and resources already committed.
- If we are unable to begin or complete a scoped engagement due to a failure on our part, any unearned, prepaid fees for work not yet performed will be refunded.
- Specific refund/cancellation terms for your engagement will be stated in your signed proposal or statement of work, which supplements this policy for that engagement.
What’s never refundable
- The Starter Kit and other products explicitly marked “final sale” at checkout (see Section 1 above).
- Mentorship program fees, once paid (see Section 5 above).
- Renewal charges on a subscription you did not cancel before the renewal date (see Section 4 above and our Terms).
- Bonuses, discounts, or founding-pricing perks tied to a purchase that is refunded.
- Work already delivered/performed under a custom engagement (see Section 6).
- Requests made after the applicable window stated above, absent a legal requirement or our discretion.
Fraud & abuse
We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to restrict future purchases, where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive (e.g., repeated buy-and-refund of the same content), or in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your country or state (for example, EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights for digital content, subject to the standard exception once you’ve consented to immediate access/download and acknowledged the loss of a withdrawal right at checkout).
