Zimego SaaS Solutions LLC, operating as Zimego Network (“Zimego,” “we,” “us,” “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect across our websites, subdomains, and products (collectively, the “Services”) — including zimego.com, zimegosaas.com, and our other network sites and courses — how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

b. Information collected automatically

3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services (deliver purchased products, manage subscriptions, provide access to course/member content).
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Communicate with you — transactional emails (receipts, access links), support responses, and — where you’ve opted in — marketing/nurture emails.
- Evaluate applications for the Mentorship and qualified-booking programs, and route you to the right offer.
- Improve our Services, content, and products.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)
Where applicable, we process your data under one or more of: performance of a contract (delivering what you purchased), your consent (e.g., marketing emails), our legitimate interests (improving and securing our Services), and legal obligation.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy) — to process transactions. They act as independent controllers/processors of your payment data under their own privacy policies.
- Infrastructure & software providers — e.g., Supabase (database/auth/storage), our hosting provider, video hosting (e.g., Mux/Bunny), scheduling (Cal.com), and email delivery providers — acting as our service providers/processors under contract.
- Service providers supporting a specific engagement — e.g., if you engage our custom-build or client services, limited data may be shared with contractors working on your project, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal & safety — where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, or safety.
- Business transfers — if Zimego is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.
6. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, measure site performance, and (where you consent) support marketing analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may limit site functionality. Where required by law, we display a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Course/community access data is retained for the duration of your access entitlement plus a reasonable period thereafter; you may request earlier deletion subject to Section 9.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent for marketing at any time (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link).
- (California residents) Request disclosure of categories of data collected/shared and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as defined under the CCPA/CPRA — note we do not sell personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, use our Contact Us form and select “Privacy / Data Request.” We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Children’s privacy
Our Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18 years old. If we learn we’ve collected data from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete it. Contact us via our Contact Us form if you believe a minor has provided us information.
11. International data transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
12. Third-party links
Our Services may link to third-party sites (e.g., YouTube, social platforms, partner tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties — review their policies separately.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date, and where required, we will provide additional notice (e.g., by email).
